grammar - I don't understand "Have had"

I have some doubts about the practical use of ''have had''. Let me give you two examples:




  1. If you had done (something) this would have never had happened;


  2. If you had done (something) this would have never happened.





My question: Is the first sentence correct?



If so, then what's the difference between the first one and the second one?
